Review Guidelines

Honest reviews help customers hire with confidence and help professionals build a credible reputation. These guidelines explain what is acceptable and what is not.

1. Who Can Leave a Review

Reviews on Leadzo can only be submitted by customers who have completed a genuine service engagement with the professional they are reviewing. Leadzo verifies that a purchase interaction occurred before a review is accepted.

Professionals may not review themselves, solicit fake reviews, or incentivise customers with payments, discounts, or gifts in exchange for positive reviews.

2. What Makes a Good Review

Good reviews are specific and honest. Describe what service you hired the professional for, what the outcome was, and whether it matched the original brief and budget. A review that says 'Great work!' is less useful to others than 'Hired for a 2BHK interior design project in Koramangala. Delivered on time, within the quoted budget, and addressed all revision requests promptly.'

Include a star rating (1–5) that reflects your genuine experience. The star rating and the written review should be consistent. A 5-star rating paired with a description of serious problems is misleading and may be removed.

3. What Is Not Allowed

The following content will be removed and may result in account suspension:

  • Fake or incentivised reviews. Any review not based on a genuine service experience.
  • Personal attacks. Reviews that target the professional personally rather than their service quality.
  • Confidential information. Sharing private details discussed during the project without the professional's consent.
  • Irrelevant content. Reviews about Leadzo's platform rather than the professional's service.
  • Defamatory or false statements. Claims presented as fact that you know to be untrue.
  • Content with offensive language, slurs, or threats.

4. Responding to Reviews

Professionals may respond publicly to reviews on their profile. Responses must be professional, factual, and relevant to the original review. Threatening, harassing, or disparaging customers in a response will result in the response being removed and may result in account suspension.

5. Disputing a Review

If you believe a review violates these guidelines, contact support@leadzo.co.in with the subject line 'Review Dispute' and include the professional's profile URL and a brief explanation of why the review should be removed. We investigate all disputes within 5 business days.

Leadzo does not remove negative reviews solely because a professional disagrees with them. We only remove reviews that verifiably violate these guidelines.
